Learning Technology Standards Observatory
The CEN/ISSS Learning Technology Workshop is developing the Learning Technology Standards Observatory.
There’s information on metadata (yup…), learning information, assessment, competency definitions, etc., etc. Currently, the information is available in 11 languages (!), though it looks like only the English section is complete at the moment.
And yes, there is an RSS feed.
