ECTEL08

The call for papers for the Third European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning is out. The conference will take place on 17-19 September 2008, in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

From the call:

In this age of pedagogical and technological convergence, the two European Networks of Excellence are also converging. After the two successful EC-TEL conferences organized in 2006 and 2007 by the ProLearn network, this third edition conveys an explicit invitation to all researchers across any network and outside any network and intend to offer a large platform to research across Europe. We welcome submissions from researchers across the different fields of TEL (education, psychology, computer science,…). The contributions may address the design of innovative environments, the implementation of new technological solutions, results of empirical studies on socio-cognitive processes in learning or field studies regarding the use of technologies in context.

I am quite proud to act as a general chair, with quite an illustrious program committee to assist me. First important date: 1 April is deadline for papers, posters and workshops. Will be one of the highlights of 2008 for me…
