IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies is pleased to announce that the whole Volume 1 of the journal is now available in open (free) access. This includes the  special “Vision” issue focused on emerging trends in the field of learning technologies and the impact of new research in such areas as social computing, personalization, collaboration support, and modern interfaces on e-learning. IEEE TLT is publishing archival quality papers on all aspects of
advances in learning technologies.  In order to best serve the
community, TLT is published online, using a delayed open-access policy
under which paying subscribers and per-article purchasers have access to
newly published content, and then 12 months after the publication of
each issue, all readers will have access to the content, free of charge.

IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies is seeking papers, which
either describe original research or offer a critical review of the
